Be Ready Herriman 4th

This is the virtual headquarters for the Herriman 4th Zone Emergency Preparedness news and updates. More specifically, it follows the LDS ward boundaries which include all of the Timbergate apartments, and nearly all of the homes north of the Tuscany park in the Tuscany development. ALL residents are included, not just members of the LDS church. The church endorses and is supporting Herriman City in its endeavor to streamline the rescue and safety of our neighborhood in case of a disaster.

Citizen Emergency Response Team training is HERE!

CERT Class Scheduled (it's for everyone)! The next Herriman/Riverton CERT class is scheduled and on the UFA website for registration. Herriman Classes are held at Firestation #123 on Tuesdays March 6, 13,& 20. The final simulation will be hosted in Herriman on March 27th.

The Riverton Classes are held at their city hall on Wednesdays March 7, 14 & 21. Here's the link to registration: http://www.unifiedfire.org/divisions/community/cert.aspx . Those interested can register and attend on either Tuesdays or Wednesday -- or mix and match nights as most convenient for your schedule. Please encourage those in your wards to attend CERT. We would like to have 2 people from each ward attend CERT if at all possible!

Be Ready Herriman Meetings (everyone in Herriman is invited, especially bock captains):

These meetings are for Emergency Preparedness Specialists (Team Leaders), Block Captains & Assistant Block Captains, HAM Radio Operators, CERTs and anyone interested in being more prepared.

Our next meeting will be held on Thursday, March 1st @ 7PM with the focus on Options of Communications. We will then break into Stakes (Areas) to discuss our goals and logistics for the state-wide, "Utah Shakeout" Emergency Drill on April 17th.

All meetings are held at the Firestation #123, located at 4850 West Mt. Ogden Peak (14620 South).

We are preparing for the upcoming, state-wide, "Utah Shakeout" Drill to be held on Tuesday, April 17th.
